The National Academy of Coaching Psychology (NACP) has an in-house group supervision service for organisations employing coaches and/or coaching psychologists and/or managers as coaches, requiring regular practice supervision.
The length of the supervision meetings are agreed at the contracting stage and apply whether or not all the coaches attend any particular meeting. Invoicing is to the company and not the individual practitioners. Online services are provided using the Zoom platform.
The practitioners should have received appropriate coach training prior to attending supervision groups. Each supervisee will need to complete an application form. They are expected to confirm which professional body they are members of and the code of ethics and practice they adhere to. The organisation needs to provide evidence of a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy that covers their coaches or staff to undertake coaching. External coaches providing services to a company are expected to provide evidence of a Professional Indemnity Insurance for their own practice or their own service company.
